The problem is that he has played many Poker games with his own money since signing up & the 'Locked Funds' haven't moved. The Poker bonus instead showed up as 'Locked Funds' & it was explained to him that he had to play with his own money & wager a certain amount until he met the rollover, & that as he played the 'Locked Funds' would begin unlocking proportionately to the amount he wagered. He signed up for the 300% Poker & Casino Welcome Bonus & was immediately credited with the Casino portion of funds, but not the Poker bonus.
